Our deep cleaning is suitable for: all common mattress cover fabric types, including synthetic (e.g. polyester, microfiber) as well as natural and mixed fiber materials.

The procedure is always safe for the fabric and completely safe for children, pregnant women, and pets. You don't need to know the type of fabric of your mattress yourself - our specialist will determine it on the spot and choose the right cleaning agent.

How exactly does this work?

1 First, our specialist will assess the condition of your mattress, the type of material, and the nature of the stains (e.g. sweat, blood, urine) to select the most suitable and effective cleaning products.

2 We use a powerful vacuum cleaner to remove loose dust, pet hair, and other debris from the surface of the mattress. This prepares the mattress for deep cleaning and ensures a better final result.

3 Professional pre-treatment: We spray the mattress with a special pre-wash agent that penetrates deep into the fibers to dissolve dirt and break down stains. At the same time, the agent disinfects the fabric, destroying bacteria, dust mites and other pathogens.

4 Deep wash with warm water: A thorough hot water pressure wash follows. The device sprays hot water under high pressure deep into the mattress fibers and immediately sucks it back in along with dissolved dirt, dust, and allergens.

5 Final finishing and drying: Finally, the machine sucks out up to 70% of the moisture from the mattress along with the last traces of dirt. This ensures a hygienic end result. After cleaning, the mattress remains damp and usually dries in 10-12 hours.

We do our best to remove all stains and unpleasant odors. However, it is important to note that stains that have been on the fabric for a long time (especially on light-colored fabrics), stains that have been cleaned with home remedies, and stains that have resulted from permanent damage (e.g. water damage/bodily fluids on the mattress) may not be completely removed.
