We clean everything that has a soft cover - sofas, mattresses, bed frames and headboards, armchairs, chairs, ottomans, dining and office chairs, and carpets.

Send a request, attach a picture of the item that needs cleaning, if there is a specific odor or stain problem, mention it in the request. We will call or send you a quote based on the pictures and verbal information, with the first possible cleaning time, within 30 minutes to 1 hour Mon-Sun 9am-9pm.

Yes, we use special, professional cleaning products that are completely safe for both people and pets.

On average, it takes 30-60 minutes to clean a sofa or mattress.

After cleaning, the furniture will be slightly damp, but it usually takes 6 to 12 hours to dry completely, depending on the ventilation and humidity of the room. We recommend not using the cleaned items during this time.

Our professional cleaning removes most stains, including food, drink, ink and pet stains. However, older and set-in stains may remain, but cleaning will significantly improve their appearance.

Please remove all items from the furniture to be cleaned, such as blankets, pillows and other personal belongings that may interfere with the cleaning process. Please ensure that there is enough space where the work will be carried out. All we need from you is water and electricity.

No, an inspection is not necessary, we will price the work based on pictures and verbal information.

Yes, a picture is required when sending a price request. Without seeing the item, we cannot send a quote.

The price varies depending on the item, but the minimum order is 65 euros. The price is affected by: location, number of items, and size.

Everything you need is included in the price and we bring it ourselves.

Payment is made on site after the work is completed in cash or by transfer.

If we do not achieve the agreed result, we will correct the defects or reduce the price. The warranty does not apply to furniture with stains that are several years old. The warranty also does not apply if you have already tried to remove the stain yourself.

Our work is insured for 50,000 euros, if the furniture is damaged, the insurance will cover all costs to replace/repair the damaged item.

We use cleaning products from recognized brands such as Kiehl, Kiilto and Kärcher, which leave no traces or odors, are suitable for allergy sufferers and do not have a negative impact on the health of pets.

You can change/cancel the agreed time by notifying us at least 48 hours before the agreed time.

You can also be on site, but this is not necessarily necessary. It would be nice if you could come to the site to receive the work.
