How it works
- Send photos of the furniture on WhatsApp, including the stains or areas that worry you most.
- We check the fabric and condition and give you a price.
- You choose a day and time. We work seven days a week, 09:00 to 21:00. Depending on the schedule, same-day slots are sometimes available.
- We clean at your home. An average sofa usually takes 30 to 45 minutes; a large or very dirty one can take an hour or more.
- Drying. Typically 8 to 12 hours, depending on the fabric, ventilation and temperature. We tell you what to do until then.
How we clean
We use hot-water extraction with a professional Kärcher textile extractor. First we look at the fabric and the condition of the furniture, remove loose dust, hair and debris, apply a pre-treatment when needed, and extract the dirt with hot water. Then we check the result and give you drying guidance.
Not every fabric is cleaned the same way. Cotton, linen and chenille tolerate moisture less well than polyester or microfibre, and we check colourfastness before starting. We explain this in the materials section.
What results to expect
We aim for the best result the material can safely allow. We do not promise that every stain or every odour will disappear: it depends on the type of stain, how long it has been there, the fabric and whether it has been treated at home. If something can't be fully removed, we tell you before we start.

How long does it take to dry?

Do you remove every stain?
We can't guarantee it. It depends on the stain, the fabric and what has been done before. We give you an honest opinion from the photos.
How do I pay?
Cash, bank transfer, Stripe, Revolut or Wise. We ask for a 50% deposit to confirm the booking. Invoices are available. More in the FAQ.
