Who provides the service
The service is provided by Level Two Solutions OÜ, registry code 16730315. MaxClean is the brand under which we serve customers in Málaga and the Costa del Sol.
Quote
We prepare the quote from the photos you send on WhatsApp. Prices are "from" prices: a very dirty fabric, an unusually large piece of furniture or an additional treatment may change the price. We tell you before we book.
Minimum order and travel fee
- The minimum order is €65.
- The travel fee is €30 per order, charged once even if we clean several items in the same visit.
Booking and deposit
To confirm the booking we ask for a 50% deposit. The rest is paid after the service.
Payment methods
We accept cash, bank transfer, Stripe, Revolut and Wise. We can issue an invoice.
Hours
We work every day from 09:00 to 21:00. Same-day slots are sometimes available, but we do not guarantee them.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel the appointment, tell us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. The terms that apply to the deposit are confirmed when you book.
What to expect from the result
- We clean fabric upholstery. We do not clean leather.
- The method depends on the fabric, care instructions, colourfastness and the condition of the furniture.
- We do not guarantee that every stain or odour will be removed completely. We aim for the best result the material can safely allow.
- If we see before starting that a treatment could damage the fabric, we tell you and discuss it with you.
Drying
Drying usually takes 8 to 12 hours, depending on the fabric, ventilation, humidity and temperature. We cannot promise an exact time.
