One side or both sides?
- One side: usually enough for normal wear, a spill or one specific stain on the top.
- Both sides: recommended if the mattress has been used on both sides, if there are stains underneath, or if you want a complete clean, for example before renting or selling.

How we clean a mattress
- Check of the fabric, seams and stains.
- Vacuuming of dust and loose dirt.
- Pre-treatment of stains.
- Hot-water extraction with a Kärcher textile extractor.
- Additional stain treatment if needed.
- Drying guidance.
We use only as much moisture as the mattress tolerates. A mattress should never be left soaked.
Drying
Usually 8 to 12 hours. Thick mattresses or poor ventilation can take longer. We recommend ventilating the room well and waiting until it is dry before putting on sheets and a protector.
What to expect
We aim for the best result the mattress can safely allow. Recent stains often improve a lot. Old stains, stains treated at home with strong products, or urine that has reached the inside may not come out completely. A surface clean does not reach all of the inner foam. We explain this from the photos before we start.

Can urine smell be removed from a mattress?
We treat the stain and the odour. If the urine has penetrated deep inside, the result may be partial. More in urine odour.
How long does it take to dry?
Usually 8 to 12 hours, depending on ventilation and temperature.
Do you clean both sides?
Yes, with the both-sides option.
Do you clean latex, memory foam or spring mattresses?
Yes, as long as the fabric and construction allow it. With photos and measurements we tell you.
