How much does sofa cleaning cost?
From €65 for a 2-seater, €75 for a 3-seater, €85 for a 4-seater and €95 for a 5-seater. Plus a €30 travel fee per order. See all prices.
What is the minimum order?
€65, not including the travel fee.
Why do you charge a travel fee?
Because we come to your home. It is €30 per order, paid once even if you have several things cleaned.
How do I pay?
Cash, bank transfer, Stripe, Revolut or Wise. You can ask for an invoice.
Do I have to pay in advance?
To confirm the booking we ask for a 50% deposit.

How do I ask for a quote?

What are your hours?
Every day, 09:00 to 21:00.
Do you offer same-day service?
Sometimes, depending on the schedule. We don't guarantee it.

Do I need to be at home?
Yes, or a trusted person who can let us in and confirm the work.
The process
How do you clean?
With hot-water extraction using a Kärcher textile extractor, after checking the fabric and pre-treating where needed.
How long does it take?
An average sofa, 30 to 45 minutes. A large or very dirty one can take an hour or more.
How long does it take to dry?
Usually 8 to 12 hours. It depends on the fabric, ventilation and temperature. Rugs usually take 24–48 hours.
Is it the same as steam cleaning?
No. It is hot-water extraction. See steam vs extraction.
Results
Do you remove all stains?
We can't guarantee it. It depends on the stain, its age, the fabric and what has been done before.
Do you remove odours?
We treat the source of the odour. If the contamination has reached the inside of the furniture, some may remain.
What about pet hair?
We use tools to remove it, but we don't guarantee 100%.
Can any fabric be cleaned?
Not all are treated the same. Cotton, linen and chenille are more sensitive. With photos and the label we tell you. See materials.
What we don't do
Do you clean leather?
No.
Do you clean curtains or car seats?
No.
Do you clean houses?
No. Only sofas, mattresses, upholstery and rugs.
Products
Are they safe for children and pets?
We use professional products suitable for homes with children and pets when used correctly. We recommend waiting until the furniture is dry.
