What problems pets cause

Hair
Before and during cleaning we use suitable tools to remove hair. On fabrics like microfibre or velvet, hair clings tightly, so some may remain. We don't promise to remove 100% of hair.
Odour
Pet odour is in the fabric and sometimes in the foam. We extract the dirt with hot water and treat the source. If the contamination has reached the inside, some residual odour may remain. See odours and urine.
What to do to make it last
- Put a washable blanket or cover on the sofa.
- Brush or vacuum the sofa regularly.
- Wash covers that can be washed.
- If your pet has an accident, act quickly.
Price
The treatment is part of the normal cleaning of the furniture. It is not a separate service. From €65 for a 2-seat sofa, plus a €30 travel fee per order. Pricing.

Do you remove dog smell?
It improves clearly in most cases. If the smell is inside the furniture, some may remain.
Do you guarantee a repeat if the smell comes back?
We don't offer a free repeat clean for pet odour.
Are the products safe for my pets?
We use professional products suitable for homes with children and pets when used correctly. We recommend the furniture is dry before it is used again.
